Official Rules 

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win the Black Rock Honda Civic Type R Giveaway (the "Promotion"). Purchasing or paying will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Sponsor & Administrator: Black Rock Rentals, 465 S Bluff Street #B St. George, Utah 84770 (“Sponsor”) administered by Black Rock Marketing Group INC. a Utah entity (“Administrator”)

Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are of legal age in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Black Rock Rentals ("Sponsor"), Black Rock Marketing Group INC. ("Promotion Administrator"), and their affiliated entities (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), as well as their immediate family members and household members, and the employees, immediate family and household members of Ride Life Industries, Street Eats, and 17 Motorsports, are not eligible to enter. Promotion is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Promotion Period: The Promotion will begin September 17, 2025 at 7:00PM Pacific Time (PT)  and end December 12, 2025 at 11:59PM Pacific Time (PT).

How to Enter:

Purchase Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit www.win.blackrockcarmeets.com and purchase eligible products or gift cards for rental cars for automatic entry. Eligible products and the corresponding number of entries will be listed on the website (1 entry per $1 spent on merchandise on the site, with 50 bonus entries given for every $100 worth of merchandise before tax and shipping and handling fees.) Purchases involving declined credit or debit transactions or returns are not eligible.

Digital Entry:

To enter, complete the official entry form available at www.win.blackrockcarmeets.com by providing your full name, valid phone number with area code, valid email address, and state of residence. You will receive one (1) entry per completed form submission. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.

Mail-In Entry:

Alternatively, you may enter by mailing a handwritten postcard with your full name, valid phone number with area code, valid email address, and state of residence to: Black Rock Car Meets Promotion, 465 S Bluff St B, St. George, UT 84770. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day. Each mail-in entry must be sent separately and postmarked within the Promotion Period.

Online Instagram Entry:

Like, Follow, Share, Tag a friend and use the new feature on Instagram called Repost (MUST do all 5 and MUST include BlackRockRentals, Black_Rock_Marketing, Ride Life Industries, Street Eats, & 17motorsports to earn 3 entries in the sweepstakes.

Bonus Entries: Additional entries may be offered during specific periods announced on the website.

Entry Limits: No more than 1 mail in entry per person, email address, or household. There is no limit regarding any purchased entry.

Prize:

   Grand Prize: Black Rock Honda Civic Type R Giveaway

   No purchase necessary.  All entry rules as described above follow for mail-in entries.

   Only entries between September 17, 2025 and December 12, 2025 qualify to win the Black Rock Honda Civic Type R.  

Drawings & Odds:

Entry Period Drawing: Random drawing will be conducted within ten (10) days after the conclusion of the Entry Period to award the prize from among eligible entries.

Finalist Drawing: On or around December 22, 2025, five (5) finalists will be randomly selected from all entries.

Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) finalist will be randomly selected as the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize consists of a 2019 Honda Civic Type R  (approximate retail value: $35,000) and a trip to Utah to collect the prize (ARV: $1,000).

There is a cash prize option of $20,000 if the winner does NOT want the car. If the cash prize is collected, the winner will be required to complete an IRS W-9 form and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize amount. Taxes on the income will apply to the state the winner resides in and will be due at the time of collecting the prize, and no later than January 15, 2026.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for ALL TAXES & FEES related to the prizes. The Grand Prize must be claimed by January 15th, 2026, or may be forfeited.

Travel Terms: Travel must be arranged through the Sponsor, consisting of one (1) airline ticket, one (1) night hotel stay and is subject to availability. The winner is responsible for their transportation to and from their home airport, transportation of the Grand Prize: Black Rock Honda Civic Type R and any personal expenses. The Sponsor is not liable for any issues related to travel.

Winner Notification & Verification: Winners will be notified via phone, email, or mail. Failure to respond or to provide required documentation in a timely manner may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. May need affidavit, release, IRS W-9.

Disqualification and Limitations: Any entries that do not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in the event of technical issues or other causes beyond its control.

Liability Release: By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any liability arising from participation or use of any prize. They also agree to waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Publicity: Participation constitutes permission to use the entrant’s name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited.

Conditions: Sponsor may cancel or modify for fraud, technical issues or other factors. Attempts to undermine may result in disqualification and or legal action.

Privacy: Personal information collected through this Promotion will be used in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Governing Law: These Official Rules are governed by Utah law, with all disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Washington County, Utah.

Severability: If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
